What will differentiate these tiers from smogon tiers is that these tiers are not based on usage but on usability. Its why i laugh when people call smogonsingles a meme format since playing pokemon competitively cant even pay rent on a low wage apartment. The fact of the matter is they have an incredibly accurate tier list that has been working very well. This metagame is based off of the normal rules in game which notably does not use boosts from. An ingame tier list does not assume a speedrun.
