I will be ranking some unit twice due to the route split as some units like the sacred twins are better on 1 route than the other. This tier list will be assumed on the lunatic h3 difficulty of new mystery of the emblem. I am also going to be more thorough with my reasoning this time so it may be a bit long but lets go.
